Jamie Bannister

Jamie Bannister has a strong background in HR, with experience spanning over 14 years. They began their career at Husky Energy, where they held various roles including HR Business Partner for different regions and HR Business Process Analyst for a SAP re-implementation project. They also served as the Team Lead for Competency & Learning Management and as Manager of HR Systems, responsible for implementing and maintaining HR systems such as SAP and SuccessFactors. More recently, Jamie worked at Cenovus Energy as the Manager of HR Services, leading the integration of HR systems following the amalgamation of Husky Energy and Cenovus. They also served as the Business Process Lead for the Hire to Retire workstream as part of an ERP implementation project. Jamie has a strong focus on process improvement, data analysis, and technology implementation within the HR field.

Jamie Bannister attended Memorial University of Newfoundland from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree. Their field of study was Business Administration and Management, with a general focus.
