Nancy Altobello

Nancy is the former Global Vice Chair of Talent for EY where she led all HR and Talent functions for the 275,000 people of the $35 billion organization. She also held various senior roles at EY throughout her 38 year career. Nancy now serves on the Board of Directors of MarketAxess, MTS Systems, and Fidelity Charitable. She serves as a special advisor to Brighton Park Capital, an investment firm focused on technology companies. She is also an advisor to HRAccuity. Nancy is active in the community and serves as the Board Chair of Mentor, National Partnership and as a trustee and chair of the Finance Committee for Fairfield University.
