Tony Frankum has worked in the IT field since 1998. Tony began as a Technical Support Engineer at BlackBox Catalogue Ltd and then moved on to be a Senior Data Engineer at CGI in 2000. In 2001, they became a Senior Systems Engineer at NTL, and then held a Service Administrator contract at British Airways in 2003. Tony also held contracts as a Migration Engineer and Helpdesk Support at Siemens Business Systems, and as a 2nd Line Support at Chesterton in 2003. In 2007, they worked as an Infrastructure Engineer at World Flowers Ltd and then moved on to become a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Trustwave in 2009. Finally, they were a Senior Support Technician at CensorNet Ltd from 2015.

Tony Frankum attended The Vyne School from 1983 to 1989 and then went on to study Computer Studies at the University of Portsmouth, where they obtained an HND in 1995.
