Lauren Bowes

Lauren Bowes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles, currently serving as Team Leader for NDIS Plan Management at Centacare Catholic Family Services since June 2023. Previous positions include NDIS Provider Payments Officer, Plan Build Officer, and Provider Invoicing Officer at NDSP Plan Managers from November 2020 to June 2023. Lauren has also held customer service roles at Peakfresh Products Pty Ltd and Royal Essence, and administrative positions at Pope Packaging and Haircare Australia.
