Jennifer Crupper Sphr

Jennifer Crupper, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a strong background in Human Resources and Employee Relations. Jennifer began their career at Human Arc in 2005, where they worked as an Employee Relations & Compensation Specialist. Jennifer later transitioned into the role of Employee Relations Manager and remained with the company until 2017.

In 2017, Jennifer joined Centauri Health Solutions, Inc as an Employee Relations Director. Jennifer held this position for four years before being promoted to the role of Vice President, Human Capital Management in December 2021. Jennifer's expertise in employee relations and their leadership skills have made their a valuable asset to both companies they have worked for.

Jennifer Crupper earned their BSBA degree in Business Management/Human Resources from David N. Myers University, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. In addition to their degree, they hold the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from the HR Certification Institute, which was obtained in November 2019. Jennifer also obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM-Atlanta in June 2015.
