Centegy Technologies FZC Ltd was formed out of the information solutions division at Sidat Hyder Morshed Associates (SHMA), separating business divisions within SHM responsible for the development, implementation and support. The company currently has two business divisions which are Retail & Distribution and Insurance Solutions.
