Nupur Talwar SPHR SHRM-SCP is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in talent management, organizational culture, and strategic HR initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent & Culture at Centella since August 2023, Nupur previously held the position of SVP of Human Capital Management at Covenant House International, where key achievements included executing international human capital KPIs and partnering on DEI initiatives. Nupur's background includes significant roles at Philip Morris International, New York City Economic Development Corporation, and BlackRock, among others, with a focus on building HR infrastructures, driving strategic HR direction, and leading diverse teams. Nupur holds a Master's degree in Leadership from Royal Roads University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Calgary.
