Katherine Celli is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in culture, talent management, and organizational effectiveness at JetBlue since January 2008. Currently serving as Vice President of Culture, Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness, Katherine oversees company-wide initiatives focused on culture and crewmember engagement, along with the JetBlue scholars program. Previous roles at JetBlue include Vice President of the Integration Management Office, where responsibilities included Culture and Change Management, and leading the Continuous Improvement and Project Management Office. Prior to JetBlue, Katherine held positions at Ernst & Young and Deloitte Consulting, specializing in technology and security risk services with a focus on SAP implementations. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science and Sociology from Boston College.
