Fahad Khan

Fahad Khan, DHCA, MPH, is a Senior Director of Population Health Strategy & Health Equity at Centene Corporation, bringing nearly two decades of experience from both state government and the private sector. Fahad holds a Doctorate in Health Care Administration from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Public Health from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Throughout their career, they have developed and implemented strategic plans and programs addressing health equity and the social drivers of health for diverse communities. Currently, Fahad is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Central Oklahoma.
