Jaclyn Santucci

Jaclyn Santucci is a Sr. Manager of Quality Improvement and Medicare Strategy at Centene Corporation, a position held since 2013, where they provide governance and policy oversight for the Medicare Stars quality program. Prior to this, Jaclyn served as the Director of Quality Improvement at ValueOptions from 2011 to 2013, leading compliance reviews and quality improvement initiatives. They began their career as a Compliance Review Manager at Mental Health Care, Inc., from 2002 to 2007, where they focused on clinical documentation compliance and audit preparation. Jaclyn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University, graduating in 1999.
