Jeanette Porro

Jeanette Porro is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and process improvement within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as the Director of Configuration at Centene Corporation since June 2019, Jeanette is instrumental in developing auditing capabilities, training programs, and enhancing process improvements. Previously, at AvMed from July 1995 to February 2018, Jeanette held multiple key roles, including Director of Claims Operations, where responsibilities included managing a large team and ensuring the accurate processing of millions of claims annually. Jeanette also successfully led a team to implement Robotic Process Automation, resulting in significant operational efficiencies. Jeanette holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Florida.
