Kimberly Blackburn

Kimberly Blackburn, M.A., is an experienced communication professional currently serving as Senior Director of Internal Communications at Centene Corporation since January 2022 and as Communication Adjunct Faculty at Southern New Hampshire University since July 2024. Previously, Kimberly held leadership roles at Honeywell as Director of Internal Communications, at AXA US as Lead Manager of Internal Communications focusing on Employee Experience, and at Polymer Group Inc as Head of Global Employee Communications. Additional experience includes positions at Food Lion, Electric Power Supply Association, SHRM, Courier Journal, and Computerworld, demonstrating a strong background in corporate communications and editing. Kimberly earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Howard University and a Master of Arts in Communications/Public Relations from The Johns Hopkins University.
