Robert M Hoppes

Robert M Hoppes, MBA, is an experienced business analyst with a focus on process improvement and management in the healthcare industry. Currently serving as a Business Analyst IV and Lean Process Facilitator at Centene Corporation since January 2017, Robert leads initiatives to align business needs with process enhancements and has developed a comprehensive 5-year strategy for the Business Process Management department. Prior to Centene, Robert worked at Kaiser Permanente from 2006 to 2016 in various roles, including SCAL Facility Team Lead and Senior Project Manager, where significant operational improvements were made. Robert holds an MBA in Business from Biola University and a B.A. in Philosophy and Pre-Law/Communication Studies from California State University, Long Beach.
