Romal Bhatt

Romal Bhatt has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Romal started their career at Hyderabad Cricket Association in India as a Division I Cricket Player. After that, they worked at Sodexo as a Student Manager while pursuing their Bachelor's degree. Romal then joined CIGNA Healthcare and held various roles, including Technical Support Specialist, Sr. Plan Automation Analyst/Account Manager, and Sr. Customer Service Analyst/Claims Examiner. Romal later worked at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee as a Project Manager/Configuration Team Lead before transitioning to Cognizant, where they worked as a Senior Consultant/Solutions Architect. Romal then joined SS&C Technologies as a Senior Implementation Consultant. Currently, they are employed at Centene Corporation, where they have taken on several roles, including Senior Project Manager, Manager of Claims & Contract Support Services, IT Program Manager, Senior IT Program Manager, and currently Director of New Business Implementation & Operations.

Romal Bhatt completed a BS in Computer Information Systems from Lee University from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2000, they obtained a BS degree in Business and Management from Osmania University. In terms of additional certifications, Romal received certifications such as the Leadership Immersion Workshop and Essential Management Skills from Dale Carnegie in March and February 2020, respectively. Romal also obtained the MicroStrategy Business Intelligence Reporting certification from Centene Corporation in January 2020, and Lean Six Sigma & DMAIC certification from the same institution in July 2019. In 2018, they completed certifications including Building Cohesive Teams from LANTEC of Louisiana in June, Microsoft Project Certification from LANTEC of Louisiana in May, and PMP® Certification Training Course from LANTEC of Louisiana in March. In 2014, they became a Certified CareAdvance 5.1 Business Associate through TriZetto Corporation. In 2011, they received the CareAdvance Certified Instructor certification from the same institution. Romal also completed the Project Management Skills for Success (29 PDU's) certification from Learning Tree International in August 2010. Furthermore, they obtained the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Cigna in September 2007. Lastly, in 1999, Romal acquired certifications in C, C++, Visual Basic, and Visual Java++ from Aptech Computer Education. In 1998, they obtained an Oracle certification from the same institution.
