Shanda Price

Shanda Price has extensive experience in customer service and behavioral health, holding various roles from 1994 to the present. Initial experience includes serving as a Cake Decorator at Clovertop Bakery followed by positions as a Server at Cracker Barrel and Cashier at Walmart. Shanda's career progressed with significant roles at Cumberland River Behavioral Health, where titles included Child and Family Interventionist and KY Impact Targeted Case Manager. These roles were complemented by positions at Grace Health as a Behavioral Health Care Coordinator and a Tobacco Treatment Specialist. Shanda currently serves as a Customer Service Advocate II for Pyramid Consulting, Inc. and Centene Corporation. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from Union Commonwealth University and a Tobacco Treatment Specialist certification from the University of Kentucky.
