Currently serving as Chief Digital Officer at Centene Corporation since June 2023, Susan has previously held leadership positions at Exact Sciences and Kaiser Permanente, where responsibilities included enhancing digital customer experiences and managing digital transformation initiatives. Notably, during tenure at Humana, Susan established a Digital Center of Excellence, and at Citi, significant achievements were made in shaping multi-channel customer interactions and payment innovation strategies.
