Tiffany Uhlenhake is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in quality improvement and process management. Currently serving as the Director of Process Improvement at Centene Corporation since July 2024, Tiffany previously held senior roles including Senior Director of Quality at Sunflower Health Plan and Vice President of Quality/Safety at Research Medical Center. With a career spanning several healthcare organizations, Tiffany has demonstrated expertise in clinical operations, quality management, and patient safety. Tiffany holds a Master’s Degree in MBA Healthcare Management from Western Governors University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Fort Hays State University, along with an Associate’s Degree in Nursing and training as a Licensed Practical Nurse from State Fair Community College.
