Timothy Donovan has a diverse work experience in the technology field. Timothy started their career at Best Buy, where they worked their way up from a Geek Squad Agent to a Store Sales Manager. During this time, they achieved year-over-year sales growth and implemented a new store model. After leaving Best Buy, Timothy worked at Busi Consulting as a Principal Consultant, providing end-to-end technology solutions to small business clients. Timothy then joined Your Business Solutions, Inc. as a Senior Network Engineer and later became the Manager of the Network & Support Technician Teams. In these roles, they resolved escalated issues, designed network infrastructures, and mentored staff. Timothy's most recent work experience is with Centene Corporation, where they have held positions such as Project Lead System Engineer and Manager of Information Technology. In these roles, they focused on enhancing employee technology experiences, optimizing support, and implementing operational excellence principles. Through their various roles, Timothy has gained expertise in IT support, network engineering, project management, and leadership development.

Timothy Donovan completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a double major in International Business and Management from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis between the years 2016 and 2018. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, XLACollab Certified: Experience Level Agreement (XLA) Champion, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals. Timothy received the Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals certification in October 2021, the XLACollab Certified: Experience Level Agreement (XLA) Champion certification in October 2021, and the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification in January 2021.
