Amy Fullerton

Amy Fullerton, PhD, ODCP, serves as the Associate Director of Learning and Development at Centennial College, leading initiatives to enhance the employee learning experience through strategy and technology since January 2023. As the Founder and CEO of Fuller Language Experiences, Amy focuses on language learning. Previous roles include Adjunct Professor at the University of Toronto, where innovative learning experiences were developed, and Sr. Manager of Learning & Development at PwC Canada, responsible for coaching and leadership strategies. Experience at KPMG involved overseeing global learning initiatives and instructional design projects. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Second Language Acquisition and Instructional Technology from the University of South Florida, alongside advanced degrees in Spanish Language and Literature, Fine Art, and Business Administration.
