Magdalena Goledzinowska

Magdalena Goledzinowska is a seasoned professional in talent development and academic leadership, currently serving as the Talent Development and Academy Lead at Centennial College since April 2019, where Magdalena focuses on learning, development, and performance management within a distributed leadership framework. As a Leadership Academy Architect, Magdalena has designed and implemented leadership development programs for students to enhance their personal and professional growth.
