Nancy Noto

Nancy Noto is an experienced organizational development and human resources professional with a strong background in strategic leadership. Most recently, Nancy served as an Organizational Development Consultant and Interim VP, People and Culture at Gotham FC from November 2024 to April 2025. Currently serving as Fractional Head of People for Start Ups and Growth Stage Companies since February 2024, Nancy leverages expertise in HR leadership, compensation, and benefits. Prior roles include Head of People at Natural Cycles, Senior Director of People Ops at Sauce Labs, and Senior Director of People at Backtrace I/O, where Nancy played a key role in HR and recruiting, particularly during the company’s acquisition by Sauce Labs. Nancy Noto holds a Master’s Degree in Social Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from New York University.
