Khalil Powers

Khalil Powers, PMP, currently serves as a Project Manager at Centennial Contractors Enterprises, Inc., where responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and managing project completion within budget and on schedule, as well as creating and managing project budgets and collaborating with project teams. Previously, Khalil held the role of Project Manager at Overhead Door Company of Washington, DC, overseeing over 90 projects and preparing estimates based on blueprints and specifications. Earlier experience includes working as a Leasing Agent at Campus Apartments and as a Facilities Engineering Technician at Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts, contributing to renovations and construction projects. Khalil began their career as a Recreation Leader with the City of Petersburg Parks and Leisure Services. Khalil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Maryland.
