Kristen Heller

Kristen Heller, LCSW, AADC, CSTIP, MSCJ, serves as the Chief Clinical Officer at Centennial Mental Health Center, Inc. since October 2025. Prior to this role, Kristen was the Associate Director of Behavioral Health at Terry Reilly Health Services from February 2023 to September 2025 and has held significant positions including Board Member and Chair of the Recovery Subcommittee at Region 3 Behavioral Health Board (ID). Kristen's past experience includes managerial roles at The GEO Group, Inc., and Victoria's Secret, alongside clinical positions in private practice and various therapeutic settings. Kristen's educational background includes a Master of Social Work from Walden University, a Master of Science in Criminal Justice/Forensics from the University of Cincinnati, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Connecticut.
