Rachel Quan is an accomplished Capital Transaction Manager at Centennial since September 2023. Prior experience includes nearly a decade at Frasers Property Industrial, where Rachel held roles as Investment Manager, Assistant Investment Manager, and Property Analyst. Key responsibilities as Investment Manager involved sourcing, evaluating, and executing deals for acquisitions and divestments in the commercial and logistics sectors across Australia. As Assistant Investment Manager, Rachel contributed to expanding the REIT into new markets in Germany and the Netherlands and played a vital role in the merger of FLT and Frasers Commercial Trust in 2020. During tenure as Property Analyst, Rachel was instrumental in the IPO of Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust, focusing on cash flow analysis, valuations, and market research. Rachel holds a Graduate Diploma in Property Valuation and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Melbourne.
