Jami Wadkins

Jami Wadkins has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Jami started their career as a Treasury Manager at Birmingham Steel Corporation in 1996 and worked there until 1998. Jami then joined Books A Million as the Director of Finance from 1998 to 2005. In 2005, they moved to Centennial, where they held various roles including Controller, VP & Controller, VP & Chief Accounting Officer, EVP & Chief Financial Officer, President & CFO, and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer since August 2022.

Jami Wadkins completed a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at The University of Alabama from 1987 to 1990. Following this, from 1992 to 1994, Jami pursued a Master of Business Administration in Accounting at the University of North Alabama.
