Crystal Watts M.ed

Crystal Watts, M.Ed, is an experienced education professional and entrepreneur with a strong background in grant management, teaching, and business operations. Currently serving as the Grants Manager at Center City Public Charter Schools since August 2018, Crystal oversees federal, state, and local grants, focusing on securing funding and managing network partnerships. Previous roles include teaching 2nd grade and supporting students in earlier grades, as well as participating in the Urban Teachers fellowship program. As co-owner of Prima Hair Collection, Crystal promotes and sells hair extensions while managing marketing strategies and customer engagement. Crystal holds a Master of Education in Elementary Education from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Howard University.
