Elizabeth Olson

Elizabeth Olson serves as the Development and Communications Director at QUEERSPACE collective since March 2022, focusing on empowering LGBTQ+ youth through mentorship and advocacy. Previously, Elizabeth held key positions in nonprofit organizations, including Associate Director of Annual Giving and Annual Giving Manager at The Painted Turtle and The Soldiers Project, respectively, where efforts were directed towards supporting children with chronic illnesses and providing mental health services to military personnel. Elizabeth's foundation in community engagement was established during a year of service with AmeriCorps VISTA, and an academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota and current studies for a Master of Social Work at Augsburg University.
