Felecia Anita Woodard is the Marketing & Communications Coordinator at the Center for Adoption Support and Education. Felecia Anita is also the Owner of Woodard & Associates, LLC, where Felecia Anita popularizes brands via social media & blogs, develops websites, and organizes small events. With a background in public relations, marketing, and event coordination, Felecia has worked in various roles such as Special Event Coordinator at the Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts and Public Relations Assistant at The Project Resource Group. Felecia Anita holds a Master's degree in Integrated Design from the University of Baltimore and Bachelor's degrees in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Morgan State University.
