Steve Daetz

Steve Daetz is the Director at the Center for American Progress. Steve has over 20 years of experience as a lawyer. Prior to their current position, Steve was an Associate General Counsel at Golden West Financial Corporation from 2002 to 2007 and an Associate at Cooley Godward Kronish LLP from 1997 to 2002.

Steve Daetz attended the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law and earned their JD. Steve also has a MSc in Economics/International Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) as well as a B.A. in Political Science/International Relations from University of California, Los Angeles.
