Diane Dimitroff

Diane Dimitroff is an experienced professional in the fields of consulting, mentoring, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at CFAR: Consulting and Coaching and a Certified SCORE Mentor with SCORE Mentors, Diane most recently held the position of Senior Business Advisor at LVAIC from September to November 2024, after serving as the Executive Director at the Lehigh Valley Association of Independent Colleges from July 2012 to September 2024. Prior roles include Executive Director at Brockport Auxiliary Service Corporation, Vice President Operations at ARAMARK, and Commodity Team Manager at Xerox Corporation.
