Lauren Howard

Lauren Howard is an Associate at CFAR, a management consulting firm, specializing in advising leaders across various sectors including healthcare and non-profits. Since joining CFAR in June 2022, Lauren has led client relationships, managed projects, synthesized interview findings into reports, and developed strategic implementation plans. Additionally, Lauren has supported the family-owned business practice, addressing issues like ownership transitions and succession planning, while co-leading a peer group for next-generation family business members. Prior experience includes internships at The Hartman Group, Marty's Local, LLC, and the Pittsfield Suns Baseball Team. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Health Studies from Haverford College.
