Bobby Moore - M.ed.

Bobby Moore, M.Ed., PMP, currently serves as the Chief of Staff at CAST, a nonprofit dedicated to enhancing learning opportunities through Universal Design for Learning. Previous roles include Director of Tutor Readiness and Compliance at BookNook, where Bobby managed compliance for over 7,500 tutors, and Program Manager for Reading Tutoring at Amplify, overseeing tutor logistics and recruitment. Bobby also has experience as a Project Manager at the Center for Technology in Education, developing assessment systems across multiple states, and as Founder and Executive Director of SOAR Baltimore. Early career experiences include teaching fifth grade for Teach For America and coordinating earthquake relief efforts with All Hands Volunteers. Bobby holds a Master of Education from The Johns Hopkins University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and French from Lycoming College and Université Lumière Lyon 2.
