Tameka Rodgers has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. From 2000 to 2003, they were the Director of Admissions, Quality Management, and Medical Records Departments at Warren E. Smith Health Centers. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the agency's Compliance, Training, Admissions, Administrative Support and Facilities departments. Tameka is also responsible for creating the organization's Compliance Department, creating, institutionalizing, and sustaining the organization's Corporate Compliance Plan, and promoting and providing leadership for CARF accreditation.

Tameka Rodgers began their educational journey at Seton Hill University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology in 1995. Tameka then went on to pursue a MS in Health Administration at Saint Joseph's University, which they completed in 2000.
