Michael Netzley

Michael Netzley, Ph.D., serves as the Founder and CEO of Extend My Runway, an AI-for-good start-up that leverages neuroscience discoveries to enhance business results and personal growth. Concurrently, Michael holds positions as External Faculty and Executive Coach at IMD Business School, BrainHealth Executive Coach at the Center for BrainHealth, and Design Consultant within MURAL's Design Consultant Network. As Managing Partner of Ntelligent Research & Consulting, LLP, Michael specializes in executive development and applied research. Previous roles include Academic Director at SMU-ExD Executive Development, Principal at Heidrick & Struggles, and Global Executive Coach for the Asia-Pacific and European Alliance of Leadership Facilitators and Global Executive Coaches. Michael's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Communication from the University of Minnesota, a Master's degree in Applied Neuroscience from King's College London, and additional qualifications from Harvard Business School and Miami University.
