David Lowndes

David Lowndes is a seasoned executive in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, currently serving as a Member of the Management Board at the Center for Breakthrough Medicines since September 2023 and Chief Operating Officer at SK pharmteco since January 2020. In this role, David oversees global functions including Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, R&D, IT/Digital, and Operational Excellence. Additionally, David is a Board Member at Yposkesi, a CDMO specializing in Gene and Cell Therapy products, and has held significant positions at Shire, Genzyme, Eli Lilly and Company, and Rhone Poulenc Rorer. David holds a BPharm degree from the University of Wales Institute of Science and Technology.
