Jennifer Harman has extensive experience in administrative support, patient care, and customer service. Currently serving as an Assistant Administrative at Zenger Folkman since May 2017, Jennifer coordinates internal meetings and manages external travel arrangements while overseeing client care projects and generating monthly reports. In parallel, Jennifer works as a Patient Care Technician at the Center for Change Treatment Programs, providing care for individuals coping with eating disorders and various mental health challenges. Prior roles include serving as a Computing Specialist at Brigham Young University's Print & Mail Department, a Coach for the Utah Lacrosse Association, and a QuickBooks Customer Service Agent at Frontier Communications. Jennifer's early experience includes lifeguarding at the City of Hagerstown's Potterfield Pool. Harman holds a degree from Brigham Young University and graduated high school from South Hagerstown High School.
