Tonza Cunningham

Tonza Cunningham is the Director of Human Resources at the Center for Community Alternatives, where she serves as a key member of the senior leadership team. She provides counsel on hiring, staff development, salaries, benefits, and employee morale. Prior to her current role, she held various positions at Safe Horizon and the Brooklyn Public Library, where she managed HR, training programs, and administrative duties. Tonza is currently pursuing her education at St. Joseph's University and Long Island University.
