Hannah Galbreath is an experienced professional in the field of healthcare administration and management. With a Bachelor of Science from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, Hannah currently holds the position of Supports Coordinator at Center for Community Resources. Prior to this role, Hannah served as the Admissions Director at Quality Life Services and has also gained experience in human resources and healthcare recruiting. Currently pursuing a Master of Education in Special Education and Teaching at Point Park University, Galbreath is committed to making a difference in the lives of others.

CCR coordinates supportive services for individuals and families seeking information & referrals for mental health, intellectual disabilities, substance abuse, and other human service needs. We provide free and confidential assistance for men, women, children, youth, seniors and families regardless of religion, race, and age.
