Perla Torres

Perla Torres has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent position being Chief Human Resources Officer at the Center for Community Solutions. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at both CASABLANCA HR Consulting and San Diego Spine & Rehab. Perla also has experience as a Human Resource Manager at Sodexo and Alvizia Landscape Inc. Perla'sresponsibilities have included performance management, recruitment, policy interpretation, safety training, leave administration, and payroll, among other HR duties.

Perla Torres completed their education at National University. From 2014 to 2016, they pursued a BS degree in Organizational Leadership. Later, from 2016 to 2018, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Resources Management.
