Caldwell holds significant positions at Procore Technologies as Chair of the Compensation Committee and member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, as well as at Equinix and CIBC, where leadership roles include chairing the Nominating and Governance Committee and the Corporate Governance Committee, respectively. Additionally, Caldwell has served as Corporate Director and Chair of the Nominating & Governance Committee at Citrix until September 2022, and has held board member positions at JDA Software, TIBCO Software Inc., Talend, Donnelley Financial Solutions, and Bridge Growth Partners, LLC. The Center of Conscientious Leadership (CCL) is a community of young professionals and national leaders, hungry to develop greater Purpose, Character, Courage, and Impact in their careers and lives.
