The Center of Conscientious Leadership (CCL) is a community of young professionals and national leaders, hungry to develop greater Purpose, Character, Courage, and Impact in their careers and lives. The organization provides members with a community committed to character and leadership development, deep friendship, and career advancement through leadership programs, peer sharing, mentorship, and access to industry leaders to positively impact their world.

CCL was founded in 2016 and with active participation from distinguished business, military, academic, and social leaders, the mission of the Center is to develop the next generation to be leaders of integrity and impact.
