The Center for Courage & Renewal exists to nurture deep integrity and relational trust, building the foundation for a more loving, equitable, and healthy world.  Based on the work of author and activist Parker J. Palmer, the Courage & Renewal approach helps us actively and intentionally choose to nurture ways of being with ourselves and one another that move against the violent, oppressive forces that create personal and societal division.  We are a nonprofit organization and a global collaboration of nearly 300 facilitators, prepared to carry the Courage & Renewal approach into their work, lives, and communities by offering Circle of Trust® retreats, programs, events, and consulting.

The Facilitation Team at the Center for Courage & Renewal is composed of a diverse and experienced group of facilitators who lead Circle of Trust® retreats, programs, events, and consultancy services. Their primary role is to guide individuals and groups through the Courage & Renewal approach, fostering personal integrity, relational trust, and collective well-being to counteract societal division and oppression. Through their expertise, they help participants cultivate deeper connections with themselves and others, contributing to a more loving, equitable, and healthy world.
