Kelly Niccolls has a wealth of experience in the education sector, having worked in various roles such as Director of Teaching and Learning at Cheney Public Schools, Facilitator at the Center for Courage & Renewal, and Assistant Superintendent at Coeur d'Alene School District #271. With a strong background in instructional development and educational leadership, Kelly has also served as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Washington and as a Learning Design Manager at Getting Smart. Holding a Doctor of Education degree from the University of Washington, Kelly is dedicated to improving school leadership and outcomes while promoting learning and development in educational settings.

The Center for Courage & Renewal exists to nurture deep integrity and relational trust, building the foundation for a more loving, equitable, and healthy world. Based on the work of author and activist Parker J. Palmer, the Courage & Renewal approach helps us actively and intentionally choose to nurture ways of being with ourselves and one another that move against the violent, oppressive forces that create personal and societal division. We are a nonprofit organization and a global collaboration of nearly 300 facilitators, prepared to carry the Courage & Renewal approach into their work, lives, and communities by offering Circle of Trust® retreats, programs, events, and consulting.
