Jethro Antoine

Director, Court Reform Programs at Center for Court Innovation

Mr. Antoine oversees the Center’s portfolio of criminal legal justice programs located in the courts and community settings in New York and New Jersey. He was the founding project director of Newark Community Solutions, New Jersey’s first community court. From 2007 to 2010, he was the project’s principal planner. Prior to that, Mr. Antoine was the deputy director of the Center for Court Innovation’s technology team where he helped stakeholders and partner agencies integrate process improvements and new technologies into their organizations. Before joining the Center, Mr. Antoine practiced law. He also served as a senior management consultant in the public and private sectors.

He is a graduate of New York University, New York Law School, and Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
