Christopher Dewar has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Christopher began their career as the Assistant Director for DC Regional Blood Services at the American Red Cross in 1985. Christopher then worked as an Associate at Competitive Dynamics in 1989. Christopher moved on to roles in training and development at Raychem, now TE Connectivity, where they managed training and change management for a global SAP implementation. Christopher also served as the Director of Organizational Development and Workforce Development at Wake Forest Baptist Health, leading a team of professionals and introducing new leadership development programs. Additionally, Christopher held various positions at Leading Solutions Group, where they provided leadership development and OD services to clients and supported the affiliate relationship with the Center for Leadership Studies. Christopher also worked at Banner Life Sciences as the Director of US Human Resources and Global Talent Development, leading the company's global OD and talent management programs. Christopher's work experience also includes serving as a Career Development Coach at Blue Line Coaching and as an Adjunct Career Transition/Outplacement Coach at Williams, Roberts, Young Inc. Christopher is currently serving as the Director of Client Solutions at the Center for Creative Leadership. Throughout their career, Christopher has demonstrated expertise in leadership development, training, organizational change, and talent management.

Christopher Dewar holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Affairs/Journalism from Keene State College. Christopher also obtained a Master of Arts degree in Education and Human Development from The George Washington University. In terms of certifications, Christopher has received multiple qualifications, including Leading Equitably, Activating Possibility from the Center for Creative Leadership, Global Leadership Profile from Global Leadership Associates, and Burn Bright: The Resilience Advantage from the Center for Creative Leadership, among others.
