Claudia Nario

Claudia Nario, PhD, is a seasoned professional in leadership and organizational development with extensive experience across various sectors. As a co-founder and partner at NINE Sapiens since July 2020, Claudia focuses on enhancing leadership and fostering organizational transformation. Additionally, Claudia has served as a Leadership Solutions Associate at the Center for Creative Leadership since February 2016 and as an Adjunct Professor in Strategy, Leadership, and People at EADA Business School since January 2017. Previous roles include Corporate Head of Talent & Organizational Development at LATAM Airlines, where responsibility encompassed HR processes for 54,000 employees, and Gerente Recursos Humanos at Fundación Chile, where Claudia redesigned critical HR functions. Claudia holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior from Birkbeck, University of London.
