Dr Helene Seiler

Dr. Helene Seiler has extensive work experience in executive coaching and leadership development. Dr Helene is currently the Executive Coach, Supervisor, Educator, and Author at Helsei Consulting LLC since January 2019. Prior to this, they were the Executive Coach and Supervisor at the same company from June 1997 to December 2018. Dr Helene also has experience as the Chief Core Guide at Chief, starting in September 2019. Dr. Seiler has worked as an Executive Coach and Community Lead at the Center for Creative Leadership since September 2005. Dr Helene also serves as an Executive Coach at Hult Ashridge since December 2022 and a Coach Mentor at The University of Texas at Dallas since January 2021. Additionally, they are the Adjunct Faculty at Fielding Graduate University since March 2021 and Adjunct Coach at EnCompass LLC since January 2007. Dr. Seiler has held the position of Partner at The Silk Road Partnership from July 2012 to September 2015. Dr Helene was a Board Member at The International School of Kuala Lumpur from September 2010 to May 2015. Furthermore, they are the Co-Founder of At Work With Women Leaders since February 2012, where they deliver women leadership development workshops for organizations aiming to close the gender gap at senior management levels.

Dr Helene Seiler has an extensive education history. Dr Helene obtained a High School Diploma from Lycee Camille See in 1982 and went on to pursue an MSc in Management from HEC Paris from 1984 to 1987. In 2008, they earned a Vocational Graduate Diploma in Ontological Coaching from Newfield Institute. Dr Seiler further enhanced their expertise by completing a Board Certified Coach program in Executive Coaching at the Center for Credentialing and Education from 2012 to 2021. In 2014, they became a Certified Coach Supervisor through the Coaching Supervision Academy. Dr Helene also holds a Master Certified Coach certification from the International Coach Federation, which they obtained between 2001 and 2022. Dr Seiler continued their education by pursuing a Professional Doctorate of Coaching and Mentoring at Oxford Brookes University from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, in 2022, they obtained the CSA Accredited Supervisor certification from the Coaching Supervision Academy Ltd.
