Dr. Shelley Young Thompkins, PhD, ACC, serves as Senior Faculty - Societal Advancement at the Center for Creative Leadership since August 2018, specializing in health population leadership development. With extensive experience as an Associate Certified Master Coach and strategist at Envision3 Consulting since November 2003, Shelley emphasizes talent development through Emotional and Social Intelligence frameworks.
