Emily Hoole obtained a PhD in Assessment and Measurement from James Madison University from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they received an MPA from the same university from 1990 to 1995. Emily'sundergraduate degree in Political Science was also earned at James Madison University from 1986 to 1990. Emily Hoole also has additional certifications in Leadership Development and Leading for Organizational Impact from the Center for Creative Leadership.
