Emily Hoole

Emily Hoole has a diverse work experience, primarily in leadership development and evaluation. Emily currently holds the position of Head of Client Engagement-Europe at the Center for Creative Leadership, where they lead a team in delivering leadership development solutions to clients in Europe. Emily has achieved significant growth and outperformed financial targets in this role.

Prior to this, Emily served as the General Manager and Client Solutions Director for the Middle East Region at the Center for Creative Leadership. Emily tripled client revenue in one year and established strategic partnerships with government entities in the UAE, KSA, and Oman. Emily was also involved in establishing leadership development efforts at national levels in Oman, the UAE, and KSA.

Emily has also held positions such as Group Director of Global Research and Evaluation and Director of Evaluation Center at the Center for Creative Leadership. In these roles, they were responsible for research, evaluation, and setting global strategy for leadership development. Emily achieved various milestones, including the establishment of an enterprise-wide evaluation system and tripling the number of evaluations while reducing staff.

Earlier in their career, Emily worked as the Director of Evaluation at The Rapides Foundation and as the Executive Director of United Way of Harrisonburg and Rockingham County. In these roles, they managed evaluation processes, oversaw data collection and analysis, and provided leadership in community impact and fundraising.

Emily Hoole obtained a PhD in Assessment and Measurement from James Madison University from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they received an MPA from the same university from 1990 to 1995. Emily'sundergraduate degree in Political Science was also earned at James Madison University from 1986 to 1990. Emily Hoole also has additional certifications in Leadership Development and Leading for Organizational Impact from the Center for Creative Leadership.
