Erin K. Napier

Erin K. Napier, BS MA LSSG, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development, business process management, and strategic initiatives. Currently serving as the Global Director of Business Process Management at the Center for Creative Leadership, Erin leads Lean Six Sigma certified teams and drives organizational efficiency. Erin founded Trifolium LLC and previously held key positions such as Manager of Business Development at Social Current and Adjunct Faculty at Marquette University, teaching integrated marketing communication. Erin's prior tenure at Harley-Davidson Motor Company included roles in strategy and business development, contributing to diversity and inclusion efforts, along with brand licensing and product management. Erin holds multiple degrees from Marquette University and Carroll University, and has pursued additional education in Six Sigma and community leadership.
